I am a first time mortgage owner. I was interested in purchasing a property but knew I didn't know how to even begin with banks and financing. Shelly was recommended to me and how unbelievably thankful I was. She has been there for me over the years answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. She explains everything, nothing is left unanswered no matter the question. She is patient and kind and I would highly recommended her to all my friends and family.

Working with Shelly was the best decision I made when purchasing my first home. She was able to get me approved while working on a probationary contract as a teacher. As well, she managed to get me a great rate for my mortgage. She is extremely professional, organized and helpful. I encourage anyone looking to get approved for a mortgage to contact Shelly.

It was easy to get the right mortgage for my Calgary purchase, even though I was working in Fort McMurray and living in Saskatoon at the time. My employer has a non-traditional pay structure and Shelly did a great job of getting my income approved by the bank. She also managed to find a mortgage solution that allowed me to make my purchase before the sale of my Saskatoon property. Shelly was very professional and organized, I highly recommend her services.
